Chennai: NBFC Sundaram Finance on Monday reported a 22% growth in Profit after Tax (PAT) at Rs 522 crore in the quarter ended June 30, 2026, against Rs 429 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.Its disbursements for Q1 FY27 rose by 22% to Rs 8,947 crore as compared to Rs 7,310 crore during the year ago quarter. The assets under management (AUM) stood at Rs 62,275 crore as on June 30, 2026, the company said in a statement.Rajiv Lochan, MD, Sundaram Finance said, “Q1FY27 has been an encouraging quarter, with we delivering stronger growth, improved asset quality and resilient profitability. The operating environment is turning more supportive for growth, even as key external monitorables such as geopolitical uncertainty and monsoon shortfalls remain.”Ends/YK
