KRISHNAGIRI: Directorate of Vigilance and Anti-corruption (DVAC) sleuths conducted a raid at an RTO check post in Bagalur in Krishnagiri district in the early hours of Thursday and seized Rs 1.77 lakh in unaccounted cash from there.The raid at the check post on the Hosur–Malur Road was conducted by a team led by deputy superintendent of police Jayakumar. “The operation that began at 4am lasted more than three hours,” said a DVAC officer.The DVAC initiated a detailed investigation into the source of the money seized from the check post.
