Chennai: A 22-year-old truck driver was arrested near Gummidipoondi for allegedly sexually assaulting a 16-year-old schoolgirl.Based on a complaint from the girl’s mother, Gummidipoondi All Women Police registered a case under four sections, including the POCSO Act. After inquiry, police arrested the accused and remanded him in judicial custody.
