Chennai: A 50-year-old man and his college-going niece were found dead at the former’s rented house in T Nagar on Friday. Police suspect suicide over personal issues in the family and have registered a case. The deceased, Ramu of Ranipet, was working as an autorickshaw driver in the city and lived alone.According to police, Ramu’s house remained unusually locked; his relatives grew suspicious, entered the premises and found both Ramu and the student dead inside the house. They alerted the Pondy Bazaar police, who recovered the bodies and sent them to the ESI Medical College and Hospital in KK Nagar for postmortem.
