Refund Policy

Refunds are NOT provided once the service is delivered or activated.

However, refunds may be considered only if:

• The service is not delivered at all, AND
• The issue is confirmed from our side, AND
• The service provider fails to resolve the issue

Refund decisions are strictly at our discretion and depend on the resolution provided by the third-party service provider.
